The Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum RN is responsible for patient care before, during and after labor and childbirth. They are responsible for assisting, supporting and educating women during the four stages of delivery, as well as during recovery and postpartum.
The LDRP RN will monitor patients with high-tech diagnostic equipment and record all patient data into the EMR system, while spending one-on-one personal time with the birthing women.
The LDRP RN may also work closely with a lactation consultant to assist with breastfeeding.
Our client may require the following: prior experience in a LDRP setting, an AHA BLS, ACLS and NRP Certification.
