The Joint Commission is nationally recognized as a leading accreditor of healthcare organizations. It certifies healthcare staffing firms that demonstrate a commitment to a higher standard of service to both healthcare workers and systems. To maintain certification, Prolink submitted its processes, staff, and services for thorough evaluation, including onsite observation and interviews. The Joint Commission consults with providers, experts, and patients throughout the healthcare industry to develop its standards.
