Primary responsibilities of the LPN include but are not limited to providing routine patient care, monitoring patient health, facilitating doctors and registered nurses, interacting with patients and their families, documenting patient medical history, taking vitals and identifying patient progress, etc. Additional responsibilities may be determined by the LPN's supervisor.
