The RN assists the provider in carrying out a therapeutic regimen for each patient and directs other licensed and non-licensed nursing teammates in providing nursing care to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of individual patients. The RN implements the nursing process in order to provide professional holistic patient care.
Shift/Hours: Day Shift: FT, 36 hrs/wk., 7:00am - 7:00pm
Compensation: Pay: Starting at $30.16/hr Sign on Bonus: Yes, discuss further with recruiter. Tuition Reimbursement: Yes, *May receive Educational Assistance Relocation Reimbursement: $0 for less than 50 miles, Up to $10,000 for 501+ miles A work commitment is required: One year for relocation incentive of $2,500, and 24 months for relocation incentive of $5,000 - $10,000.
Requirements: License: Current North Carolina RN License or Compact Licensure. Certification: BLS Experience: At least one year of hospital experience Education: Associate's Degree
Preferred: Bachelors Degree preferred.
About the Unit: Number of Beds: 48 beds Patient Population: General medical unit. Common Diagnoses: Congestive heart failure, diabetes, dialysis, GI disease, heart disease.
