  • Rehabilitation/Psych Facilities
    Therapists and mental health professionals like social workers and physiologists work in rehabilitation and psychiatric facilities. Working in rehabilitation centers and psych facilities can be emotionally taxing because your patients are dealing with serious issues such as addiction and trauma. It can be very purposeful however to prevent death and help patients overcome their illnesses.
  • Government
    The federal, state, and local governments employ a wide range of healthcare roles such as CNAs, LPNs, RNs, healthcare professional services, medical records technicians, and clinical researchers. The government provides stability, great benefits, and a good work-life balance for healthcare professionals.
  • Corrections
    Working in corrections in healthcare is safer than one would think. It can be a tough environment to work in because protocols are strict. Patient confidentiality is especially important. Within corrections, you’ll find a variety of roles: nurse practitioners (NPs), therapists, pharmacists, and behavioral health specialists.  
  • Physician Offices
