Cincinnati, Ohio—Prolink, one of the largest talent acquisition and workforce management organizations in the country as ranked by Staffing Industry Analysts, announced new roles for four operational leaders: Abby Zimmerman, Brent Wallace, Joby Myers and Matt Frankey. Each will serve in the newly created role of Area Vice Presidents (AVP) and are tasked with leading various departmental teams and geographic territories for key Prolink brands, including Prolink, Prolink and Prolink. These positions will allow the organization to drive and sustain new growth as the staffing industry reckons with a post-pandemic market.

Brief summaries of each AVP’s professional background and new territories are listed below:
Abby Zimmerman
Ms. Zimmerman joined Prolink in 2013 as a recruiter and quickly advanced through several levels of the organization throughout her tenure. She spearheaded the growth of several key clients and markets, with particular focus on Prolink’s direct placement services. Her territories and teams include Cincinnati (Prolink), Direct Placement, Phoenix, Columbia, Tampa, Nashville, Cleveland and Dallas.
Brent Wallace
Mr. Wallace has served Prolink for the past four years. The AVP appointment marks his third leadership role within the organization. He has overseen some of the largest crisis staffing projects in company history. His territories include Columbus, Pittsburgh, Louisville and Indianapolis.
Joby Myers
Mr. Myers joined Prolink in 2014 and since that time has served in five different management and executive leadership roles within the organization. Under his guidance, Prolink reached several critical milestones in the early phases of its development, helping establish it as one of the strongest-performing brands in the company. He is now dedicated to growing the Prolink brand in eight key markets with special focus on manufacturing and engineering skillsets.
Matt Frankey
Mr. Frankey was brought onto the Prolink team in 2014. Since that time, he designed and implemented the company’s contract to hire recruiter program as well as its auto-offer system, both of which have led to significant gains in company efficiency and workforce retention. Mr. Frankey will oversee the Prolink brand in Cincinnati, Dayton and Chicago markets.
