Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and versatile Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an
Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and
upkeep of our industrial machinery and equipment. Your technical expertise and problem-solving
abilities will be essential in diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues. The ideal
candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively
in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system issues.
• Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components and parts.
• Calibrate and adjust machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Install new machinery and equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address maintenance-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
• Comply with safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Physical ability to lift and handle heavy machinery and equipment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to maintenance emergencies.
• Additional technical certifications or training in industrial maintenance is a plus.
