May 17, 2022

Cincinnati, Ohio—As part of its strategic growth plan, Prolink has added two new positions to its executive leadership team. Jennifer Heindel joined the team on February 7, 2022, as Prolink’s VP of Development and People Experience, reporting to the Chief People Officer. Among other responsibilities, Jennifer will provide leadership, coordination, and strategic direction for the design and implementation of an organizational strategy that focuses our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Her role will also involve strategizing and developing solutions to support Prolink’s evolution in learning and development, employee experience, and transformation.

“I’m excited to be part of this stage of Prolink’s growth,” Jennifer said. “Thanks to strong leadership, this organization has experienced amazing success and is now poised to enter a new phase that capitalizes on its strengths.”

Michelle Tutko joined Prolink on March 7, 2022, and will also report to the Chief People Officer in her role as VP of Organizational Development & Talent Planning. Michelle will work alongside our leadership team to develop workforce programs that support the evolution and growth of the skills and talent needed to support an aggressive three-year growth strategy, including talent planning, internal talent acquisition, effective workforce analytics and succession planning.

Michelle explained, “Already a leader in the industry, Prolink is in an excellent position to continue growing and push the boundaries of the industry. We will leverage my role to ensure continued sustainable growth and health throughout the workforce, both in the present and in the years to come.”

Prolink is one of the largest talent acquisition and workforce management organizations in the country and one of America’s fastest-growing companies, as ranked by The Financial Times. “Our unprecedented growth represents an important era in our organization’s history,” President and CEO Tony Munafo explained. “We are taking proactive steps to define what the next stage looks like, and these new roles in our leadership team will help guide our organizational structure and policies. I couldn’t be more excited to have the leadership and expertise Ms. Heindel and Ms. Tutko bring to the table.”
