Prolink has announced an educational partnership with Capella University, an institution dedicated to providing flexible online degree programs to help working adults pursue their careers, to provide qualifying Prolink team members, talent, and their immediate family members a 10% tuition discount to the Capella degree program of their choice. Capella’s catalog includes 47 degree programs spanning 89 specializations and over 1,670 courses.
“Learning and development are deeply woven into Prolink’s daily practices,” said Natalie Jones, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, NPD-BC, Prolink’s Senior Vice President of Clinical Practice and Innovation. “We’re excited to collaborate with Capella University as we seek to enhance the support we offer to our talent and internal team. Capella’s approach to balancing education, work, and life aligns with our mission to meaningfully invest in the growth of everyone who works with and for us.”
The partnership will offer tuition savings to over 6,000 employees, external talent, and their immediate family members. Qualifying members will be given the opportunity to enroll at a discounted rate into the more traditional GuidedPath program or the self-paced FlexPath program at Capella University.

The institution offers a wide range of online degree programs which provide students with flexible options to obtaining their degrees. Capella’s self-paced learning format, FlexPath, provides students with flexibility to pursue their degree while working. The GuidedPath program through Capella appeals to students who prefer a more traditional approach, while still meeting the needs of those who may not be able to attend a campus-based program. Students can decide when and where they learn but have weekly deadlines to keep them focused on their goals.
