Rehabilitation LPN job in Columbus, GA
The Rehabilitation LPN will perform hands-on nursing care for rehab patients. They will assist with patient education, providing resources and care plans with clients and their families. They will be responsible for collecting patient medical history, giving medication, taking vitals, assisting with wound care, and overall patient observation.
