It was a whirlwind week in Las Vegas, but the Prolink team arrived home from TravCon 2024 with plenty of memorable moments and connections to reflect on. Seeing the faces and personalities that make up travel healthcare serves to remind us of the lives behind the careers that we care for. The life of a traveler, while exciting, can be difficult to navigate. That’s why Prolink is there, 24/7, for everyone—whether they’re Team Day or Night Shift—who takes an assignment with us.
It all starts with our recruiters. As Senior Recruiter Marcela Kulhowvick put it, “There’s nothing like knowing you have a recruiter who’s going to take care of you.” She enjoyed the one-on-one time she had with clinicians during the pre-conference events on Sunday and was thrilled when those same connections came to find her at the Prolink booth when the floor opened. Another highlight for Marcela was the TravCon Résumé Center. “Nurses appreciated the guidance we were able to offer, coming from a recruiter ... we just want to position them in the best light,” she said.
We gave away more than just résumé advice: Visitors at our Prolink booth had the chance to enter a $1000 giveaway—congratulations to our winner, Ashley–and pick up some exclusive swag. Our day and night shift-themed items gave TravCon attendees a way to rep their preferred working hours.
