We are looking for a customer-focused and technically proficient IT Support Specialist to join our team.
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for internal users seeking technical
assistance and support. Your expertise in diagnosing and resolving IT issues, strong communication skills,
and dedication to customer satisfaction will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT
systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, the ability to troubleshoot various
IT problems, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues reported by users.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of IT systems and equipment.
• Create and maintain user accounts and access permissions.
• Educate and guide users on best practices for IT system usage.
• Document and track support requests and resolutions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and IT trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role providing technical support to endusers.
• Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests.
• Familiarity with help desk software and ticketing systems is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate IT support needs.
