Cincinnati, Ohio—Prolink has announced Virtual-First as its new, permanent work environment, embracing what began as a temporary work-from-home model at the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic. Prolink will lead with this Virtual-First approach; select roles will be designated as in-office or appropriate for a hybrid option, depending on the position’s core responsibilities.

- 93% of Prolink team members believed they were as or more effective working from home compared to working in a Prolink office;
- 93% agreed they had the equipment, tools, and support needed to perform their jobs virtually; and
- 89% felt they had the flexibility needed to be successful personally and professionally.
To implement this “new normal,” Prolink has identified best practices and developed initiatives to support employees in the long term. The company also has plans underway to continue investing in technologies that streamline processes and improve efficiencies.
